We send all packages through the postal system, so please ensure that your shipping address suits domestic postal system (and not a courier service like UPS or FedEx). We send all packages via registered post, so a signature will be required on delivery. If the postage costs work out cheaper than what we charge you, we will refund you the difference.
We ship all our products in appropriate shipping packaging- we make sure our envelopes have plenty of padding and our shipping tubes are hefty 3" diameter tubes. If you buy items that need to be shipped in a tube and items that need to ship in an envelope, we will send them as two separate packages.
If, in the unlikely event, that you are unhappy with your order, please return it to us and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
We are a small two-person operation. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and answer emails even quicker.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where's my order?
Please allow at least three weeks for your order, we ship through the postal service and they aren't know for their speedy service. If it has gone beyond three weeks, let us know and please include your PayPal transaction number. We use Track and Trace for all our packages and we can trace your order.
Why is everything in Euros?
We operate from the Republic of Ireland and we use Euros.
Is there a possibility of reduced postage if I buy multiple items?
We think we have our shipping calculator working pretty accurately, but there's no harm in asking us, especially if you want to order a lot of stuff (we'll try give you a discount too).
Is there a flat fee for Irish deliveries?
When your order goes above 1kg in weight, we use Fastway to send it and they charge a flat fee for deliveries.
